Every Jewelers of America Member has their own company profile page – keep your page updated with images, a bio and what makes your business special. Your profiles can be accessed from one of JA’s two different directories: Find a Jeweler, for consumers to find jewelry stores; and the Supplier Directory, for JA Members to find services and products within our member base.

Find A JA Jeweler

Our Find a Jeweler directory hosts every active JA Retail Member profile. Consumers can search for retailers by name, location or if they sell online. Icons indicate if your business offers Synchrony financing, has JA Certified staff or is a part of our JA 100 Club. JA Supplier Members can also use this directory to browse our current retail members.

Supplier Directory

JA Members can search our member-only Supplier Directory to find services that fit their business needs. Our supplier members include designers, manufacturers, wholesalers and service providers (such as consulting, technology, cleaning, insurance, etc.).

How To Update Your Profile Page

JA encourages every member to personalize your profile page. You can add: a bio, company logo, up to 10 images and captions (we recommend store photos, custom pieces, popular pieces or pieces from a current or new collection), specialities and social media pages.

To update your profile page, go to (my account? Will update once this is decided on). Continue to check on your profile and update as needed so your page is always up-to-date.
